Suite with private spa at ‘Geinberg 5’

Sometimes you don't have to travel far to delve into world-class lifestyle

Sometimes a trip to the Innviertel in Austria is enough to dive as many times as you like from your own pier into one of the two large natural swimming ponds, while the butler awaits you with towels. And with champagne. I could have stayed forever!

Each of the 21 stylish and up to 300 square metre suites and villas in the ‘Geinberg 5 Private Spa Villas’ also includes a private wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, open fireplace and outdoor thermal water whirlpool. Each suite is at least 100 square metres, a quarter of which is the personal wellness area.
Its gourmet restaurant ‘Aquarium’ in Gault&Millau is decorated with two hoods and stands for a light and easy combination of Mediterranean and regional cuisine. The presentation is so beautiful that I almost felt guilty about starting to eat and gradually letting the miniature work of art disappear. Especially nice for a trip for two: the candlelight dinner in your own suite or villa, where the butler takes care of everything.

Is there a catch to Geinberg 5? Oh yes! The departure. And the addiction risk! But you could just give in to that and go back soon…
